This application is filed by the appellant to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record. Learned Counsel for the proposed legal representatives is present before the Court. He has no objection to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record after condoning delay.

Therefore, the Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B". The appeal memo be amended accordingly.
