Present revision application takes exception to refusal of discharge of accused from offence punishable under section 306 of Indian Penal Code.

Today, learned counsel pointed out that trial court has already proceeded to frame the charge and charge has been answered and therefore, in view of such supervening circumstances, he intends to carryout the amendment in the revision application. 3.

Civil Application No.4168 of 2025 for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A".

Next date before trial court is reported to be on 18.11.2025. Therefore, list the matter on 14.11.2025.
