It appears that the petitioner is serving as Chief Electrical Inspector in the Energy Department at Mumbai and he is challenging the decision taken in meeting held by the State on 06.10.2025. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the matter pertains to this Court at Principal Seat and, therefore, we transfer this petition to the Principal Seat. 3.
