The respective applicants in both these applications are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation along with the interest which has been deposited by the State -Acquiring Body. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications. However, it seems that there is enhancement of the compensation within permissible limit i.e. within four times approximately.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw their entire respective amounts along with the accrued thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
