After hearing learned counsel for the parties, learned counsel for the applicants resiles to a situation whereunder it can be left open for applicants to advance all the submissions as have been advanced today, before the trial court to decide on the same. Learned counsel therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw both the applications. 2.

The requests appears to be reasonable.
