PER COURT :- Heard Mr. Anjanwatikar learned counsel appearing for the applicants and learned AGP appearing for the respondents. Perused the impugned Judgment and the objections raised in exception to the impugned Judgment.

After having considered the submissions, following order is passed:

ORDER

(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance amount be invested in the fixed deposit in any nationalized bank for a period of one year and if so required for further period till disposal of the appeal. (II) Civil Application stands disposed of.
