The Applicants pray for condonation of 86 days delay in filing this Civil Application seeking recalling of the order of the learned Registrar dated 02.08.2017 refusing registration to the Second Appeal for non removal of office objections.

Considering the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed on the following conditions :- (a) Costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) shall be deposited by the Applicants with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 08.03.2018. (b) All office objections in the Second Appeal shall be removed on

(c) If both the above directions are complied with, the order of the learned Registrar dated 02.08.2017 shall stand set aside and the Second Appeal shall be registered and then, be posted for admission on 19.03.2018.

(d) If any of the above direction is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, this Civil Application shall stand rejected and then, the order of the learned Registrar shall stand restored, on 09.03.2018.
