This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Raju Shinde, original claimant. Applicant Nos.2a to 2f are the only heirs. The death certificate is on record showing that deceased Raju Shinde died on 21st August, 2022. A certificate issued by the Sarpanch is also on record showing that applicant Nos.2a to 2f are the only heirs.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 338 days caused in filing this application stands

981 ca.814.24.odt condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause tile of the appeal and other applications within two weeks from today.
