Action is taken against petitioner under section 20 of the Act directing cancellation / suspension of the registration. Section 21 of the Act of 1994 provides for appellate remedy. Petitioner submits that within time limited permitted under section 21 of the Act, she has approached the appellate authority by tendering representation. Representation tendered by petitioner shall be treated as appeal and, if at all, any deficiencies are found, petitioner shall be directed to cure the procedural deficiencies. Appellate authority shall take appropriate decision on the appeal /representation tendered by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of sixty days. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
