In the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order passed below Exhibit-C-7 in Reference IDA No. 219/2008 along with 45 connected matters, however, during the pendency of present writ petition, Reference IDA No. 219/2008 along with connected matters itself have been disposed of by Labour Court, Aurangabad.
