By virtue of order issued by us on 9th February, 2016, we directed the Registrar to continue registration proceeding for granting registration to respondent no. 5 - Society and restraining said society from interfering in the rights conferred upon petitioner-society in respect of irrigation tank in question until June 2016. It would be open for the registering authority to consider the proposal of respondent no. 5 - society on merit on considering all the objections that may be raised by petitioner, if any, in accordance with provisions of law. Until June 2016, petitioner may continue to exercise rights to conduct fishing activities in respect of the irrigation tank in question.
