The applicants/original petitioner pray for leave to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.5. Delay of 54 days is sought to be condoned.

Learned Advocate for the respondents opposed the application. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 54 days is condoned with costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Addition of the LR's of deceased petitioner No.5 shall be carried out within a period of 2(two) weeks from today.
