The present civil application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court. The amount was deposited on account of restoration of appeal before the consumer appellate court and it was directed that the amount deposited in this court would be subject to the outcome of the appellate court decision.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appeal before the consumer appellate court, is partly allowed. Thereafter,

2 ca 11.2023 execution proceedings initiated by the consumer - complainant and the execution filed itself has been exhausted by making all the payments.

In view of the same, no further amount is due to the consumer complainant. The amount deposited before this court be permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / original consumer - complainant has fairly submitted that the orders passed by the consumer court are complied with by the applicants and no further amount is due from the applicants hearin.

6.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this court along with accrued interest.

7.

The civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
