Heard learned Counsels for the appearing parties. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks modification of order, however, it is difficult to consider such request, since that would tantamount to review of order. In the circumstances, Mr.Dhongade

( 2 ) ca14382.18 learned Advocate appearing for the applicant, on instructions, states that there can be directions for extension of time given to deposit the amount under order dated 11.10.2018. Learned Counsel for the respondent does not have serious objection for extension of time. 2.

In the circumstances, time to deposit the amount stands extended by six weeks from the expiry of earlier period and the amount be deposited by 17.01.2019. 3.

It is clarified that the injunction clamped in respect of such amount, while it comes to making deposit of said amount in this Court is concerned, same would not hold transmission of said amount to this Court, however, that would not mean that said amount is allowed to be appropriated for any other purpose by the applicant. 4.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
