ORDER :

The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Vishnu Ghuge. According to him, in one incident dated 14.10.2014 present applicant and 16 other persons assaulted the persons from the complainant's side. Allegations are made that it was an attempt on life. Specific allegations are made against the applicant that she assaulted the mother of the complainant by using stone on her head. Allegation that one person gave blow of axe, but to the brother of complainant. The

Cri. Appln. No. 7106/14 mother of complainant namely Kaveribai sustained abrasion on occipital region and this injury is said to be caused by applicant. The applicant is a lady aged about 45 years. Though the crime is registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 r/w. 149 of I.P.C., in view of the aforesaid material, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicant. 3.

In the result, the application is allowed. Interim relief granted in her favour is confirmed.
