Issue notice to respondent. Learned A.P.P. waives service on behalf of the respondent/ State. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, during the course of trial, the applicants were on bail and even after the conviction under Sections 353, 332 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, their sentence of imprisonment has been suspended by the trial Court subject to the present appeal. The appeal has been admitted.
Cri.Appln.No.7107/2014 Counsel submits that the applicants are permanent residents of Ardhapur Taluka.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the application for bail. 4.
Considered the record of the appeal and the judgment of the trial Court. Looking to the offence proved and the submission that the applicants are permanent residents of Ardhapur Taluka and that they were on bail during the trial, the sentence of imprisonment as imposed by the trial Court, pending appeal, is suspended subject to the applicants - appellants furnishing P.R.B. and S.B. in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each in the trial Court, to the satisfaction of the trial Court, within 15 days from today. Application stands disposed of. The trial Court to report compliance.
