Heard the learned Advocate representing the respective parties. 2.
The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the authority is not inclined to decide the matter expeditiously and that the interim relief application is decided by the authority only after the direction of the Division Bench of this Court and as such this Court should entertain this petition. Per contra, the learned Government Pleader submits that instead of this Court determining the interim relief at this stage, the matter is fixed for final hearing and the same will be decided finally and the Judgment will be delivered by

The learned Advocate appearing for the objector also submits that he would co-operate with the authorities in rendering the Judgment and appear before the authority so as to enable the authority to decide the matter.

The learned Advocate for the parties submits that they would appear in the office of Hon'ble Minister on 30/11/2023 and file their pleadings in the matter. They would further appear on 13/12/2023 so as to enable the Minister to fix further dates in the matter. 5.
As any observation by this Court on merits of the matter may prejudice the parties in the matter pending before the Hon'ble Minister and that the matter is fixed for final hearing, I deem it appropriate to direct as under : - 6.
The parties are directed to remain present before the office of the Hon'ble Minister on 30/11/2023, and file all pleadings and the Hon'ble Minister to intimate further dates of hearing in the matter so as to enable the Minister to conclude the matter and deliver Judgment by 28/12/2023.

The Hon'ble Minister to decide the matter on or before 28/12/2023 finally.

With the above observations, the petition is disposed of.
