Heard Shri Dargad, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri Ambhore, the learned counsel appearing for the insurance company.

In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) Applicant no.1 i.e. Deepa and applicant nos. 5 and 6 i.e. Shamrao and Kaushalyabai are permitted to withdrawn 75% of the amount as has been allotted to their share by the Tribunal in the impugned order on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) The interest on the amounts of Fixed Deposit

956-CA-1239-2019.odt (2) invested in the names of applicant nos. 2, 3 and 4 be quarterly paid to applicant no.1 till decision of the appeal.

iii) The civil application stands disposed of. iv) Call record and proceedings.
