The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner as Chambhar, Scheduled Caste is validated under judgment and order dated 24.10.2018. However, the validity certificate is not yet issued.

In case, the claim of the petitioner is validated on 24.10.2018, then the committee ought to have issued the validity certificate by now. In case, the claim of the petitioner is validated and the validity certificate is not issued, then the respondent-committee shall issue the validity certificate to the petitioner in accordance with

(2) 99-wp-14208-2018 judgment passed by it within a period of four weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
