Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties. Heard finally at the admission stage. 2.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are praying for revision of pay-fixation. The Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation, Nanded has filed affidavit-in-reply stating that the request of the petitioners is under consideration and the proposal needs to be forwarded to the State Government for appropriate action.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has already submitted the representations to the State Government on 25.10.2018 and reminder dated 07.01.2019 and so also the reminder dated 06.07.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioners therefore, submits that if the State Government is directed to decide the said

2 953.doc representations and the Reminders, the purpose of filing this Writ Petition would be sub-served.

Considering the limited prayer, we direct the Respondent No.1/State to decide the said representations as well as reminders and thereby decide the claims/pay and allowances of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks, if not already decided, from the date on which the petitioners approaches the Respondent No.1/State with a copy of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.

Rule is made absolute in above terms.
