This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal against judgment and award dated 01.08.2018, passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation in WCA No.5200026/2010. 02.

The applicants have assigned justifiable reasons for condonation of delay. The insurer-respondent No.2 has preferred appeal against the judgment and award, which is sought to be impugned in this appeal, by the claimants.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay in preferring the appeal stands condoned.
