By this application, applicant seeks permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent-Salim Imran Tadvi, who died on 08.06.2024. The applicant also seeks to condone delay of 77 days caused in filing application. 3.

Notice of this application is already served upon respondent nos.1 to 4/proposed legal representatives, however none appears. 4.

Considering reasons as stated in application, sufficient cause is shown for delay. Hence, following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B), (C) and (D).

b.

Amendment to be carried within a period of two weeks from today.
