Perused the papers annexed to the application. We found that the remand papers clearly indicated that after the Applicants / Accused were arrested, they led Police to recover part of cash stolen in the case. We do not consider it necessary to entertain this application seeking quashment of the case. There is prima-facie case against the Applicants. Besides, this is a very old case and we expect the police to file charge-sheet as soon as possible, if not filed. Criminal application stands disposed of.
