The petitioner, a private individual, posing as the Vice President of the institution, desires to challenge the approval granted to respondent No.7. The dispute is between one private individual and another private individual. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has taken instructions and submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to withdraw this petition. He requests that the representation dated 07.09.2022, addressed to respondent No.2/ Deputy Director of Education, may be decided within a time frame.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

Let respondent No.2 consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022, provided the same has been made by a person competent to sue and be sued on behalf of the institution/ trust and provided respondent No.2 has jurisdiction to entertain such a representation. Only subject to these conditions, the representation be decided, on it's own merits, by following the due procedure laid down in law and by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, on or before 31.05.2023.
