By way of this application, the applicant is seeking restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default by condoning a delay of 70 days. 3.

For the reasons mentioned, the application is allowed. 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was merely seeking extension of time for completion of the tender prcess. Since the time has already been extended, the matter has become infructuous.
