The petitioner is seeking a direction against the respondents revenue authorities to take decision on her application whereby she had requested to remove the encumbrance recorded against her name in the revenue record of her land.
2.
It appears that since the petitioner was involved in a crime in respect of obtaining freedom fighter's pension fraudulently she was prosecuted and pursuant to a direction of a Collector an encumbrance was created. She now claims that she has been acquitted of the charge and is now seeking that the encumbrance should be removed. 3.
There is record to demonstrate that even the respondent Tahsildar, Fulambri had solicited advice from Collector, Jalna with his communication dated 05.08.2020.
