The petitioners claim to have been appointed by respondent - management by following due process of law. The proposals forwarded for grant of approval have been pending for years together with the respondent - Education Officer, Secondary. 4.

Both Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 - Education Officer, (Secondary) Zillha Parishad, Latur, to consider the respective proposals of each of these petitioners as expeditiously as possible on its own merits and in any case within 6 weeks, under intimation to them.
