In view of our order dated 27th November, 2024 the girl is before us through V.C., which is arranged from Kaij Police Station. We have ensured that except the V.C. operator, there is nobody else in the said room.

The girl confirms her name and the fact that she is major. Though she accepts that there was some marriage ceremony undergone by her, according to her, it was due to the force by the petitioner. Now she says that she is with her parents as per her own wish.

Taking into consideration the fact that she is major and as per her own wish she is residing with her parents, we do not find that she has been in any way illegally detained by respondent No.3, and

1910.2024WP.odt therefore, there is no question of issuing any kind of writ, and hence, we dismiss this writ petition.
