It is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased original claimant Arjun who died on 1.9.2019 with a prayer to condone the delay, if any.

Issue notice to respondents. Mr Phule, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1 and 2.

The application to bring on record legal representatives of original claimant is quite within limitation, it needs to be allowed. 5.

Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). The applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal memo.
