This is a successive bail application in Crime No.298 of 2022, registered with Nanalpeth Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC and under Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act.

3. The earlier bail application was rejected after considering the material placed before the Court. There appears no change in circumstance. It has been submitted that the trial has been commenced and witnesses have been summoned. The case is
