The application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by wife of Applicant No.1. Their marriage took place on 27th November, 2011. It is her case that after 20 days of the marriage the husband and his relatives started asking her to bring Rs.20,000/- from her parents. It is her case that her parents could not meet this demand and due to that she was ill treated. It is her case that
-:(2):- her husband and his relatives started alleging that she was using black magic against them. it is her case that when she became pregnant the applicant said that he was not father of the child. it is her case that they were asking her to go for D.N.A. test. It is the case of the complainant that the husband and his relatives were asking her to claim her share in the property of her parents and on that count also ill-treatment was given to her. It is her case that when she delivered female child, on that count also ill-treatment was given to her. it is her chase that they did not take her back to matrimonial house and ultimately she was required to approach police.

Learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application to the extent of Applicant No.1. The application is disposed of as withdrawn, to the extent of Applicant No.1. Interim relief stands vacated.

As the main allegations are against the husband and they are of serious nature, this Court holds that the other applicants can be protected and there are vague allegations against them. Applicant Nos.4 and 5 appears to be student and unmarried sisters of Applicant No.1. It
-:(3):- is the responsibility of the husband with regard to the aforesaid allegations and so relief can be given to the Applicant Nos.2 and 3 who are parents of the Applicant No.1.

In the result, application, to the extent of Applicant Nos.2 to 5 is allowed. Interim relief granted in their favour is confirmed.
