Heard. We are not inclined to entertain this petition since complaint No.5 of 2013 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Industrial Court. However, we direct the Industrial Court to expedite hearing of said complaint and take it to logical end at the earliest. We grant liberty to the petitioner to apply before the Industrial Court for early hearing of the complaint.
