DATED : 27th NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- Heard. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner invites our attention to the Government Circular dated 4th April, 2018, issued by School Education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra and submits that every proposal for approval of appointment of the teacher/s has to be decided within eight (8) weeks by the concerned authority.

Learned AGP appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders keeping in view the aforesaid circular.

In the light of above submissions across the bar and keeping in view the contents of aforesaid circular, we direct respondent No.2 Education Officer to take decision on the proposal dated 12th July, 2018, if already decision is not taken, on it's own merits and in accordance with law/procedure, as expeditiously as possible, within eight (8) weeks from the date of this order.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
