The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the original appellant. It is submitted that, the First Appeal No.1579/2012 has been withdrawn.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection to permit the withdrawal of amount along with accrued interest thereon. Hence, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - (B) and same is disposed of accordingly.
