Considering the challenge made to the judgment and Award passed by the tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- at present on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application for withdrawal of the amount is accordingly disposed of. 3.
