Present petition was filed for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to decide his furlough leave appeal dated 28.10.2024. Learned APP, upon written instructions which he places on record and marked Exh. 'A', submits that Superintendent of Open Prison, Paithan had received communication from the petitioner that he is not pressing for the appeal. Therefore, we directed learned Advocate for the petitioner to take instructions from the petitioner.

After getting instructions from the petitioner, learned Advocate

917_Cri.WP_1921_2024 for the petitioner submits that she be allowed to withdraw the petition. In view of the said statement, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
