This is an Appeal 0led by the Insurance Company under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.279/2013. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Appellant - Insurance Company tenders across the table a withdrawal Pursis along with a copy of Authority Letter dated 13/09/2025, issued by the Senior Executive (Legal) of the Appellant - Insurance Company instructing the learned Advocate to withdraw this Appeal by stating that, the amount deposited may be allowed to be withdrawn by the Original Claimants unconditionally. 4.

The said withdrawal Pursis is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for the purpose of identi0cation.

In view of the above, the following order is passed :

ORDER

[i] The First Appeal stands disposed oE as withdrawn. [ii] The amount deposited, if any, in this Court by the Appellant - Insurance Company is allowed to be withdrawn by the Original Claimants as per their entitlement, if not withdrawn already.

[iii] Award be drawn up accordingly.
