Petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur, below Exhibit-126, in Regular Civil Suit No. 436/2009, thereby allowing the application filed by the respondent/defendant to exhibit the original adoption deed dated 04.10.1958.

Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and learned advocate for the respondent and after going through the grounds raised in the writ petition memo, annexures and the impugned order, this Court is of the opinion that no interference Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 915-WP-12348-2015 is called for in the impugned order. The petitioners are entitled to question the proof, admissibility and relevancy of said adoption deed, during the hearing of the suit, on the ground that the contents of adoption deed are not proved. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
