ORDER :

The application is filed under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Both the sides are present. They admit that there is arbitration agreement in existence. Both of them submitted that any retired District Judge may be appointed as sole arbitrator.

This Court has already collected the names of retired District Judges of that region and there are three names. Shri. D.N. Bhargande is hereby appointed as sole arbitrator. If he does not accept the appointment, then the matter be again placed before this Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
