Heard the parties for some time. This application is for condonation of delay of 5010 days caused in filing the appeal. The application is by the by the daughter of the deceased, who died in an accident. Considering that, this Court is inclined to allow the application subject to cost. Hence, the following order :-

Delay of 5010 days is condoned, subject to depositing of cost of Rs. 5,000/- in the office of Legal Aid Services Authority, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad within four weeks from today.
