Present applications is filed for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No.33732 of 2022 on its original position by condoning the delay of 196 days. The petition was dismissed on account of non removal of office objections.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits that as the matter was not marked on the board, as it was not noticed by the Advocate for the applicant that the matter was listed before the Registrar and same went unattended and the Registrar has passed conditional order on 27/03/2023 and petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The order passed by the Registrar dated

933 CA 14889-2023 27/03/2023 is quashed and set aside to the extent of the present petition and the writ petition is restored. The petitioner to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. Application stands disposed of.
