Vide the order dated 13-01-2020, this court directed the learned trial court to conclude the trial within eight months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

The Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli vide request letter dated 06-02-2021 sought extension of time of eight months to conclude the trial.

It is not known why the Registry has not processed the request soon after it was received by the office. It is placed before me i.e. nearly after five months.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to enquiare into for causing in-ordinate delay in processing the request made by the

(2) ba1349.19 learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli and submit a report to this court on 02-08-2021. In the meantime, the Registry shall also seek a report from the concerned Sessions Court as regards the progress and status of the subject sessions case. 5.

Let all reports be placed before this court for orders on 04-08-2021.
