PER COURT :- 1.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners and the respondent bank have arrived at out of Court settlement and in accordance with the said settlement, the petitioners have deposited the entire amount due under the recovery certificate and in pursuance of that, the Bank has issued No Dues Certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that even the Bank has released the property under attachment. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent Bank
WP 2300.2014 + CA.odt submits that, the bank has received the entire amount as out of court settlement and accordingly no dues certificate has been issued to the petitioners.

In view of the statements made nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending civil applications also stand disposed of.
