Learned counsel Mr. Krishna Solapure, appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 submits that the earlier advocate Mr. S.H. Panchal has given no objection.

Civil Application No. 16101/2015 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 9 on record. The legal heirs of respondent No. 2 are applicant Balaji, respondent No. (2a) Laxmibai and (2b) Shobhabai and the legal heirs of respondent No. 9 are respondent No. 1 Narayan and respondent No. 8 Kamlabai. They are already on record. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay, if any, is condoned. Appellant to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of.

The learned counsel submits that they are also served in another application, but they are not appearing in the matter. 4.
