This is an Application by the legal heirs of the Deceased Claimant - Dagdu Bhimrao Katle, to bring them on record of First Appeal No. 172 of 2017 filed by the Deceased/Claimant himself. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body.

The opposite side has no objection if the Application is allowed. The copy of Death Certificate is enclosed with the Application. The affidavit by one of the legal heirs is enclosed with the Application, wherein he stated that the Applicants are the only legal heirs of the

In view of the above, the following order is passed: -

ORDER

[i] The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' thereof.

[ii] The necessary amendment be carried out in the Appeal memo within a period of four (4) weeks.

[iii] The Applicants / legal heirs shall place on record copy of the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the Competent Court before the Appeal is finally disposed off.
