1] This is an application for grant of bail.
2] The Appellant is convicted for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He is now seeking bail. We are not inclined to grant bail mainly because the case of the prosecution is quite strong and depended on following two circumstances.
(i) There is consistent dying declaration of the victim who stated that it was the appellant who set her on fire. (ii) The second circumstance is that an eye witness also
crap7120.14 deposed and he is believed by the learned Judge of the Trial Court that he saw the appellant assaulting the victim. 3] Application for bail stands rejected.
