This matter was not on board. A motion was jointly moved by the parties at 10.30 a.m. submitting that the parties have settled the dispute amongst themselves and this petition can be disposed of in terms of the same. Hence, taken on the production board.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioner husband and the Respondent wife submit a compilation of the compromise deed ( 16 pages ). Both the learned Advocates identifed their respective clients and submit that now the Petitioner husband would deposit

p1-wp-14632-17.odt Rs. 3,42,000/- in this Court, on or before 03/01/2020. It is also agreed that the said amount would be withdrawn by the Respondent wife unconditionally as a part of the settlement terms. Earlier, the amount of Rs. 45,700/- was withdrawn by the wife from this Court, which is also a part of the settlement terms. 3.

All the parties agree to withdraw their respective cases fled against each other, on or before 31/12/2019 and thereafter, the wife would withdraw the amount from this Court.

In view of the above, the settlement terms ( 16 pages ) is taken on record and marked as ''X'' for identifcation. This compilation of these terms shall form a part of this order.
