1] Petitioner's grievance is that his representation for starting an Urdu school has not been decided by the Hon'ble Minister. More than 11 years have passed since the application is filed.

2] The petitioner is at liberty to file a separate application for the said purpose. If such an application is filed for starting an Urdu school, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and within a period of eight weeks.
