Present petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "[B] By appropriate Writ, direction or order in like nature to quash and set aside order of the Respondent No.3 dated 8.5.2024 and or, [C] By appropriate Writ, direction or order in like nature to direct Respondent No.2 to decide appeal of petitioner within time frame."

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondents, after he waives notice for all the respondents.

Since the appeal is pending which was in fact remanded after the order was passed by this Court on 19th April 2024 and it appears that respondent No.2 has not decided the same, it would be expedient to consider the alternative relief i.e. prayer clause [C].

Upon instructions from respondent No.2, learned APP submits that the said appeal would be decided within a period of one week.

The said statement is taken as undertaking. The Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of one week from today.
