This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body-Appellant in this Court. The learned Advocate for the applicants has relied upon the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 6787 of 2023 on 27th June 2023, in the matter arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. There is no dispute. 2.

In view of the same, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Since the 50% of the amount is deposited by the Acquiring Body as per impugned judgment and award, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

(ii) Application stands disposed off.
